TariffNorth is operated by Erdica Solutions. We store your email, language, the HS codes you choose to watch, the consent wording, and the time of consent. Featured-listing requests include your name, firm, and message.
Consent is express and confirmed with a link (double opt-in), for CASL. Every email identifies TariffNorth and Erdica Solutions and includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell addresses.
Mailing address (CASL): Set at deploy time (MAILING_ADDRESS).
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. A session cookie is used only for the admin area. There is no advertising cookie. You can ask for an export or deletion of your email at info@tariffnorth.com.
Newsletter addresses may also be sent to beehiiv if the operator turns that integration on.
